I crunched in to find a nice solid, fairly crisp crunch, with a tasty mix of somewhat hot peppers. Sometimes the peppers in those sandwiches pack quite a kick, while other times they're more middling in strength. These ones were more of the middling variety, but the mix of peppers and potato was quite tasty, and by the time I'd eaten the whole small bag, there was a nice mild burn in the aftertaste as well.

We were very happy with the taste - just surprised we were shorted a jar. I am not how someone packed it without being well aware this was not complete see photo. I never like ordering multiple orders, but since they are not quality checking their packers, I would recommend only ordering one order at a time to ensure you get the full order.
We were getting on a plane for the UK the next day or we would have made a bigger deal, that day. These were purchased for trip, so it was a disappointment. Back from the trip and still no 4th bottle has arrived. This is not a returnable item, but it would be nice if they would at least full-fill what they committed to and we paid for. My son and I fight for it, we put it on just about everything. Our family likes spicy food, and this delivers exactly the right amount of heat for our eggs, fish and chicken, veggies.
My son brought it to my attention - he said its the thing that separates Potbelly from the other sandwich shops in town. I get it! It is not cheap though for a condiment.
