Typical day at work would be opening the front desk where you would sell the tickets to get into Funderland, I learned a lot of new stuff at this workplace including how to handle money, how to handle with customers when it is very busy and also how to handle a situation when something goes wrong for example if a customer got the wrong change or was giving the wrong tickets.
The management were more than nice to me they talked me through everything i needed to know and helped me when ever i needed them. Workplace culture was very friendly and very outgoing as it was theme park where you are supposed to have fun. The hardest part of the job was when it got really busy there was only 4 ticket desks and there would be hundreds of people queuing up so it put a lot of pressure on us to make sure we weren't to slow and get everything done right.
Most enjoyable part of the job was when we were finished we got to use the theme park for free.
